CL9Lover's Progress Thread

Ok guys - Purchased my 09 Fit 2 weeks ago - Honda changed the transmission/torque converter under warranty last week and I received my Buddy Club N+ coilovers Friday -

Friday night we spent 6 hours installing/adjusting/rolling/pulling and here is what we got...

Sorry for the dirty car I drove all the way to IFO Ennis Texas and was unable to wash it before the show...

Comments welcome of course

Future Plans -
Mugen Front Lip
Mugen Grille
Mugen Rear
JDP Carbon Radiator cover
FULL Bride interior *Headliner, Rear Seats, Door Cards, A-pillar*
Front Bride seats w/rails

Once we pull the rear a little more, I will lower it again... Its sitting kind of high in the rear.

Thanks guys and Ill keep it updated

Photo shoot with Venn -

More to come

Its got 24,500 on it right now - When I bought it I didnt notice really until I got it home that during the shift from 2nd to 3rd *auto tranny* it would lag and rev-up about 500 RPMS before shifting... I dont know what causes this, neither did Honda... So they just gave me a brand new tranny and torque converter... lol... Works for me...

the tires look beefy but it may just be the angle. Did you rebuild those or buy them? I had a buddy with RS that yellow on his xB

Hey Mikey? Now he is on CCWs... lol

I used to have an xB before some girl wrecked into me...

These are built - Lips were straight from Germany - 3 step lips, new bolts from BBS, fresh paint woot!

Size -
16x8.5 +20
16x9 +14

Guys - The reason you are rubbing is because of your tires... not the width or offset...

I dont rub in the front PERIOD... NONE - 205/40/16
Rear rubs because I cannot camber it and it needs to be pulled a little more, still running the 205/40/16

The tires are stretched... the fenders are rolled... If thats not for you, dont go this aggressive!

I plan on cleaning the car this Friday before our local meet - I will get BETTER pictures of the fitment/car...

Thanks for all the awesome feedback!
