Loving everything but the red side mirrors. What is/are the reasons for it being that color and not color matched with the car?

Wheels and specs?

Because white and black only is boring and bland.

Wheels are Enkei PF01 17x7 +38. Tires are Hankook Ventus V12 Evo 215/45-17.

Looks great!! It appears you didn't pull or roll the fenders, unless my eyes are seeing things?

I beat the hell out of the front fenders, but not rolled yet. Soon!

Dang, I was thinking of going +38, but don't want to have to do anything to my fenders, as I will be lowered on coilovers soon. Those wheels look great in black on the white!!

Car will have just as many changes in the next two months as it's had in the past two. Brakes, suspension, interior, paint, etc.

Once you get the red brake calipers on, I think the side mirrors will tie in nicely. I think your creativity will pay off overall on this one. Creating a distinctive ride with that much invested in it should reflect your tastes, rather than people like me who just want to spruce it up to an OEM+ type level and go based on the tried and true stuff.

Thanks. I'll get the GT3RS-style side stripes back on tomorrow which will also tie in the red a bit, as well as the 2012 JDM LED tails which will arrive Monday.

Ordered literally every single part new for the rear calipers, so I'm waiting on those to come in so I can rebuild the calipers. Then I'll order the disks, brackets, and parking brake lines. The fluid lines will be custom made by UUC Motorwerks.

Those '12 jdm led tails actually look good. How to they look with the lights on, and how/where did you get a hold of them?
