Of course. Buying all of the bracing I can and going up to 225s.

I also have a big pile of brake parts waiting on the rest of the required parts for the entire setup. S2000 rear discs, NSX fronts. HPS pads, ATE fluid, and Goodridge lines.

Very excited to see what you can do with the brake upgrade! Also.... If your still shooting for Street Touring... Check your rules and maybe with your local SCCA tech folk as far as the bracing... At least in my neck of the woods, an under tie bar brace and a strut tower bar are about all I can get away with...

I read over it briefly. I can do the front bracing and rear and that's pretty much it. I'm also removing the fog lights for brake ducts.

COOOOL! Hahhah, it's going to be serious overkill... At my EVO driving school last weekend the instructor actually complimented my brake setup...which is OEM Heck, depending on your course designer you may never need to step on that pedal

BUT, why remove fogs for brake ducts?

Pretty much! Because I can heat soak the stock brakes in normal traffic, so why not go waaay beyond what I actually need?

When it comes to stopping power there really is no such thing as over kill in my book! Well, as long as you don't add a ton of additional un sprung weight

One day I would LOVE to have a pair of these bad boys up front

Didn't someone sell a set of those a while back? Those are pretty sweet though. I can only afford Willwoods.

@BlueBoogers
I like your retro!

Yo BB, throwing an idea out there. I'll bet you a shift knob koozie that swapping out just the rear shocks for the KYB oe replacements will sort out the rear end very nicely. An idea I had today while swinging it around some bumps. Should be easy to swap out.

Are they set up for sporty driving or are they just stock replacements?

Thank you! I'm receiving new parts literally daily, so they'll be some nice smaller updates for the mean time until it goes to the body shop.

Stock replacements, but surely the damping characteristics are slightly different. I think they changed the name of the old gr-2s, which give a "stock-like forever" feel. Lots of folks have thrown those models on their car over the years, so maybe see if any reviews are telling about improvements. They are gas. I think there is too much going on back there for the stock shocks to do what they need to. Either that, or the rear end is very loose, and needs reinforcement. I'm doubting that, but anything helps.

I am glad to see that someone likes the Fit so much to own 4 of them over their short span that they have been in the USA. This is my first Fit since June 1st 2012 I do not regret getting it and enjoy driving it. The only thing was not getting the color I wanted due to the limited supply of manual transmission, but have since adapted to the red.

Look forward to seeing your build.
