My Fit

My Fit
2009 SSM GE8. I never really though about modding this car when I first got it back in 2008. But after 4 years of driving it I needed some changes. So I added some minor mods to it to make it look nicer.

Lowered on Swift springs and 16x7 Rota Torque - August 2012
Got my windows tinted and black headlight housing August 2012

I love the last pic as well with all the Fits. Great photos. I think I may have to post some photos of my ride even though she is stock. Just feel that I've been a member for a couple weeks too long without posting pics. I do like your scenery shots though at night an with the bridge in the background.

TKE, where in south jersey are you from? I live in Swedesboro, I think I might have seen you around before? Love that last pic with all the Fits lined up. When was that meet in Camden, I never even heard about that?

I'm from Burlington county. I think the meet was in April. I actually didn't know about it but I went to school in Camden and happened to be on campus that day and found out Freshmeet was there by the waterfront.

Sweet wheels, are those muteki extended neo chrome lugs? I'm asking because I have a set coming on Tuesday and I also have Enkei wheels as well. By the way, which Enkei wheels are they, and specs? Looks good

Thanks Yep, they are muteki but they are the burning blue ones. They are Enkei M52 17x7.5 wrapped in 205/40R17. I had them for half a month and already scraped them bad :/. The spokes of the rims poke out too much and im not used to it and hit the curb while parking.

TKE,
Your front lips is very nice !
That is the DIY Rubber Lips right?
Do you bought them at Home Depot,
if not, could you please tell me which type you get?
and do you put screw or just the double tape?
your lips is installed nicely, no noticeable "wave" or "wrinkle" !
how long had you had them ?
sorry for so many questions,
Thanks

I used the 3M double sided tape for outdoors that holds up to 20 lbs and the 2 OEM clips that's under the bumper. I kinda just drilled 2 holes on the lips and stuck the clip back on. Didn't use any screws.
I've had it on for about a month and it's holding up pretty well.
Hope this helps !

Thanks! Yes, it is the Home Depot Lip. I forgot the exact name but its the hard rubber one. I actually went to Home Depot for it but they didnt have the right rubber seal. So i went to Lowes and got it from there.

and you just convinced me to do the front DIY lips for my car too
it is just that I had some more things to add to my front bumper before I can install this DIY lips so I had to do this later,
but again Thank You for your detailed explanations above.

I drilled a hole in the lip and reapplied the oem clip that was in that spot
