Long story short, I planned to do this and then realized my sunglasses won't fit in the sunglass holder, so I've changed my mind and won't be doing it after all.

I already have a separate dual mic for my receiver/nav, so I didn't get one of the consoles with a Navi mic in it. Basically, if you don't need the Navi mic, and want Homelink and/or the sunglass holder (or even a maplight for a Base!), then this is what you want. It's light gray and matches my 2010 Sport interior. It comes with the plug/wiring harness.

Units with the wiring harness still attached aren't up on eBay all that often, I paid like $65 plus shipping for it, so make some offers.

 

Well, I had a bite on this but no go. I'm gonna just install it anyway for the Homelink, so consider this one gone.
