Asking $6 shipped for mine. I know, seems not worth it, but I don't need it anymore with my current shifter setup and I don't want to just throw it away.

Mine is a little scuffed up on top, but depending on your shifter/knob setup it may not even be visible. If you have a different shift boot than the OEM one, this is a must have!

Here was mine installed with a Bride shift boot. That material is pretty thick, but the adapter still worked fine. You just zip tie the top of the shift boot around the adapter on the underside, then it looks like this -
