My wife is driving the fit now and she did not want it lowered so I replaced the springs with stock ones
T1R S-Coil lowering springs for the Honda Fit GE8 (09+). The S-Coil springs offer a drop of 35mm-40mm front and rear with the spring rates of F.2.9kg/mm R.2.5kg/mm. Each spring is made out of SAE9254 cold-wounded steel with special powder coat to prevent corrosion. Maximum performance you can get while lowering the car as much as possible without sacrficing suspension travel and ride comfort.
