Buyee.jp its like a portal into japanese websites like yahoo auctions and rakuten, amazon japan. You can find tons of the jdm stuff new and used, and they translate it all the english and provide the shipping to you even if the seller only ships to japan originally.
There might be some service fees, but i think its worth it especially if you find a cheap set of tails.
