Who has coilovers on their 09?

Hey, I'm curious to see what is out there in coilover land for our 09s. If you don't mind specifying if they are on daily drivers etc that would be great. Pics are great too.
Thanks for the ideas and sorry if there is already a post like this.

do you know when they are planning on releasing them and how much?

feared 07-28-2009 12:26 AM

uhhh probably in the next couple months. price should be in the same range as the ones out right now for the gd3, which got its release delayed. somewhere in the 900-1000 range im assuming.

Anyone hear anything about the HKS coilovers for GE8? The information on the HKS website is pretty sparse, and I don't see any mention of them on FF.

redrumm 09-02-2009 12:47 AM

its probably for JDM fits and would probably need to be modified

Stravos 09-02-2009 01:19 AM

It's on the US HKS site and Assaulttech is selling them, so I think they should fit...

don't buy anything that's pricier than the car itself!

HEARTBREAKING!!! ><

EDIT: The gap may look pretty big in the test fitting photos but those BBS were 15s :/ The wheel gap on my 17s are 1 finger in the front and 2 fingers in the rear :x

I believe tanabe has some good coilovers too

I am using BC Racing Coilovers, they are F4k/R5k. they hold the road good and are really firm.

Maybe F3k/R3k would be better for very rough roads.

I just heard from a sales rep today that Bilstein are releasing a setup in November for Thailand. I think they are the B14 model with 0/30mm drop. These should be perfect at $850 or so. They may already be available in the US and Europe.

I spoke to Megan racing this week..their GE coilovers are due out before Christmas....
