BuddyClub DIY Ride heights adjustments
SO.... Basically i wanted to help out the Fit Freak community with GE BuddyClub Lowering adjustments...
These picture will show you how to properly adjust ur ride correctly to the different ride heights that you desire

i daily drive 5 front 7 rear or if im tougeing i like running 10front and 9rear

im a 2in drop rides great with im at 5 click front and 7 click rear rides smoooth u can always swing by my house im always happy to let someone drive it

Update there new springs around so double check witch spring u have
Here are the new specs for this spring front and rear For 175mm spring
Pre-load 175mm
Ride height
30mm = 3 inch drop
40mm = 2 inch drop
50mm = 1 inch drop

I know it's an old thread, but if the original poster could post how you came to select 5/7 for street and 10/9 touge damper settings. Albert, the tech @ Buddy Club stated he and most people prefer to have a softer rear so the back end has more grip and will not be so tail happy. He recommended 9/5 for street and if I wanted something softer, drop it to 7/3. He said it was okay to go with even front/rear settings, for example 7/7 or 5/5, but does not recommend a lower number than the front unless your were an expert driver.
