Anyone Have Mugen Wheels on Their Fit?

lol at the gif!
Those lugnuts with the little washer for the plastic hubcaps do not apply to the base Fit, the base Fit's lugnuts do not go through the hubcaps like on older Hondas and the newer Civics still do (I think). They are just open ended lugnuts and they're completely covered by the hubcap (for GE at least, I don't know about the GK).
Regardless, the stock lugnuts from either alloy or steel wheels should not be used with any aftermarket wheels. Honda OEM wheels use a ball seat and aftermarket wheels use a tapered seat. You should get aftermarket lugnuts with a tapered seat for aftermarket wheels, including Mugen.

1.- There are 3 types of lug nuts cone (60º commercial and 45º competition), ball (most Honda models) and Flat (most of the time with washers)
2.- Some sites says you can use cone or ball for alloy wheels, other sites including you says not
3.- Finally I open a case into College Hills site asking about this subject, so waiting for the answer
More questions:
-The people who installed the Mugen XJ 16" wheels , they use the stocks balls lug nuts? or use another aftermarket ?
-If they uses the stocks balls lug nuts, experienced any issue with that?
-I know Mugen sells lug nuts too, someone knows what type of lug nuts are those Mugen?
Thanks to Wanderer to open this discussion is good to learn something new!!!
Luis.

Mugen lug nuts are conical, 60 degrees.
You should not use ball seat lugnuts on conical seats, because you start smashing and deforming the seat and the lugnut. Same goes opposite.
CAN it be done? Sure.
SHOULD it be done? No.
Just do it right. It's dumb to half ass it over $30 worth of lugnuts. Just get the right ones.
