also, tire size matters A LOT, so what size tires are you planning on using?

I'm not commited to anything yet, thinking of 195/40/16, will I rub on the fenders? or dumb shit like the coil struts and such? and itll rub even with stock suspension?

Buy suspension first.

Then measure a bunch.

Then buy wheels that fit and will look cool.

16x8+20 will look mega lame on stock suspension.

The car needs new tires, so i'm getting this all done at once, also, my previous car was slammed on coils, trying to enjoy the beautiful stock suspension for a wee bit longer haha.

I remember the first time I referred to suspension as "coils"

Oh wait, no I don't.

195/40/16 is waaaaay too small. 205/50/16 is the closest to stock diameter.

I can't imagine a car looking worse than having low offset wheels with tiny tires at stock height.

I'm going with the mugen front bumper instead first, I get to stay stock ride height for a bit longer that way

I've run 205's on a 9" wheel on an FA5. The stretch on a 195 for an 8 would be just right IMO with minimal rub on the right drop. If you do it, post some pics.
