Wheel Offsets

Hi everyone,

Im looking into getting a set of JDM Steelies for my 2012 Jazz (fit).
Im finding it awfully hard to find some and the best i found had a 0 offset.

Can anyone recommend a good site to check them out also what offset would be ideal?

Just call them steel wheels?

All of the Diamond Racing wheels are really more for circle track racing, thus the deep offsets. Stance kids just embraced them and they saw a market so they started offering Honda lug patterns made easy to order.

What size and offset are you looking for? I might be able to give you a hand as I've searched for similar before, but in reasonable offsets for other cars.

There's nothing JDM about those wheels. JDM=Japanese Domestic Market. Meaning made in Japan by OEM or aftermarket manufacturers. The more you know...

I don't want ridiculous offset I just want it wider than factory without having to roll my gaurds or anything. I was thinking a 16x7 rim with +45?

When I was going to get steel wheels I was going to get these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Unique-Series-83-Black-Steel-Wheel-16-x6-5-4x100mm-BC/390989051850?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140602152332%26meid%3Daa271a0292654af1b11c0bddb8ff029c%26pid%3D100011%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D390841100603
16x6.5 +41

Most of the Basset/Diamond Racing places don't make high offset wheels... I've emailed them about it before. I think they said they could do custom, but at that point you're at the price of a nice set of alloy wheels, so what's the point really.

I thought that in my research I haven't found much. Diamond only do negative offset which I don't want.

Well I assume you're going for the "stanced look", and you're not going to be able to achieve that without a lot of work.

Even on the older Hondas that allow you to fit wider and deeper wheels more easily, there is a bit of work involved. You're definitely not going to be able to get away with it on a Fit.

If you want to keep the stock fenders and not roll them, you're better off just getting a nice set of wheels and working with that. Leave the steelies to the stance/drift guys and circle track racers.
