engine swapping ?

not that i would ever do one.... but i was curious what powerful small inline-4 engine could fit into GK5 fit...

i know some of inline-4s making serious healthy 200~300 HP at the crank so i would love to see if anyone has managed to find good engine.

just curious!

Perhaps the 1.5T from the current Civic Si and Accord Sport will fit.

Type R 2.0L might be too big with the addition of the turbo and associated parts. Someone is putting a 1.5T in a Fit. For NA power K series is the way to go.

Silver rose, rear drive not practical in this car because of twist beam rear suspension. No room for a gearbox or engine in between.

Yes I know there are variants with awd, but they accomplish that in a simplistic way, they just route the shaft around the beam and hope it won't conflict over a nasty bump.
