Thanks for posting up the videos! Your exhaust sounds fantastic! I really appreciate you doing the drive bys as well. This is inspiring! I'm looking forward to doing something similar. I can watch this all day.

Off topic but I like the car look with the stock wheels as well. Makes mine look embarrassing. Perhaps I'll have the black censor block over my car while doing the drive bys.

But yes....really liking the exhaust sound. I bet after seeing these videos that someone will be buying the muffler as well.

Looked like you had at least one admirer in a couple of the videos as well.

Thank you for the feedback. It was definitely in hopes, as you said to "inspire" someone out there to bring the life out of this great car that it deserves! It's not a hybrid, so why should it sound like one! And its not a ricer either, so don't make it sound like one!!! I'm extremely impressed with the sound HKS puts out and interested how the silencer will change things I just put on.

HKS block emblem to finish up the Fit for now promoting this great Japanese performance part company. I love the company motto: "Pursuing the Ultimate in Engine Performance and Efficiency. HKS Company Limited."
Awesome! That is exactly my goal as well for this Fit! I'm for HKS all the way!

Love the tone (thanks for posting all the vids), but I really don't care for the coffee-can look. If I could get that with twin tips (smaller diameter), I'd be placing an order right now.

Order the HKS Cool Style version then. Looking forward to your purchase and review.

Yes. The "cool style" would be the way to go. Aesthetically, it is the nicest exhaust I've seen! But I prefer function/performance over form.

I've had that one bookmarked for a while, but if you looked at the drawing, it's not the same muffler, and doubles back on itself to be able to come out under the center of the bumper. Seems inefficient. It also seems like it hangs down pretty low to exit there, and with our rough rural roads, it would be more likely to get damaged. My guess is it also would prevent adding a tow hitch should I decide to do that (my last couple DDs have had one).

So while it looks 'cool,' I'm really not that interested in that one...

Yes, as I said, I prefer function over form. Most likely any exhaust layout of this form will be just as inefficient. Its just for aesthetic value. Noblesse does a center exhaust layout, but I'm sure it's the layout as HKS for a lot higher cost, so I'm not sure your going to find anything better under the sun without compromise unless you do a full custom call the shots exhaust overhaul of your liking. Definitely best way to go!

The silencer works perfectly! It keeps the sound at a perfect level if your on long drives daily. It's made by HKS.
