Sounds like something I am going to start saving my pennies for!
I was planning on purchasing a SRI and RV6 downpipe for my stock engine, but I think I will put that aside, or at least wait to see what the outcome of this will be.

Are you planning to do anything with the front axle to handle the added power or do you think stock will be fine? (This is an area I don't have much knowledge on)

Yup the entire swap is here and we will be taking the Fit engine out in a week or so, ordered a clutch to hold all the tq we will be putting down and will have to do a couple custom things like intercooler and downpipe

Thought we would tease you guys with the K series in the Gk5. We had custom mounts made so the engine now will be a direct swap in before we drop our L15b7 in

Would be custom made through us, mounts should be for sale to the public in a month or so. I would recommend doing the 9th gen Si swap as its very plug and play with the ecu and harness

Hmmm. Plug and play, huh? SO what else would be required aside from the engine/trans and custom mounts and axles?

I'm excited to see the final product. Maybe a short video of the new monster.

Did you get this set up running/driving? or did you just install the engine in the bay to fab the mounts?

dude can't wait for this swap to be done. I saw that spoon has built one with a K motor. I also read that the L15 motor and the K motors are very similar in weight and wont throw off the balance of the car.
