Moonroof/door Visors?

I have a 2018 Fit EX 6 speed, and I am thinking about buying either the moonroof/door visor or both, and wondering what others who have them thought about them?

Please give me pluses and minuses of each.

I am not sure that I like the look of the door visors, but it would be nice to leave the windows cracked and not worry if it rains.

Thanks

I recently installed door visor, I don't think they look bad and it's nice to be able to crack the windows without creating a vortex of wind and noise.

I don't think they look bad

Did you do them yourself? I am not really that handy.

Locally, Honda says the door visors are $140 plus $57.50 for installation.

Do you recommend the installation?

Thanks

I did these

They were pretty easy to install, it's basically just double sided tape. These didn't fit perfect but I like them well enough.

I had been in the fence on window visors for a while but finally got the weathertech. They are very easy to install. I like how the front ones has the section all the way down to the window edge.

I installed OEM windows visors. Big fan of driving in the rain with the windows cracked.

Roof visor I'd skip.

I got the Weathertech visors when they FINALLY became available for the GKs...Had a set on a previous car, liked them a lot. My black LX gets hot in the TN summer sun, leaving them cracked helps to a small degree, they look good, easy install, no tape.

I'm not a fan of either

If you are going to do the door visors, I really think the weathertech ones look much better. The way they are a lot lower profile, and sit only over the window, instead of over the entire door frame.

My car came from the dealer with the sunroof visor. I hated it, and took it off after about 400 miles. Its noisy, blocks a lot of the wind from coming in the car, blocks about half the view if you like looking up thru the sunroof, and breaks up the sleek tear drop shape of our cars.

Wellvisor also has a Mugen clone, but it’s very high quality. Link here

I don’t know about the tint colour on the OG Mugen visors, but the Wellvisor ones are blue hue’d. I personally think the ones with the black/chrome trim don’t look as good.

Only down side is that strip of dirty window that never gets cleaned in car washes. Also there’s a slight distortion but it’s not really noticeable. But the benefits far outweigh that downside, I love having visors.
