I'm looking to to take this on as well. How did you mount the lenses to the reflective shroud?

 

It is fairly straight forward. If you check the TRS website, you will find their retrofits basically screw onto the reflector bowl. You just gotta dremel some parts to make sure it sits flush and that you can hand tighten the nut into the lens on the other side of the reflector bowl.
