Intake suggestions.

Just as it sounds looking for intake suggestions. If you have done one. Pros/Cons, price range, eased of instal etc.

I went with the K&N drop in for the oem airbox (which i modded a bit), since the design doesn't helps a lot with the heat... And it has worked pretty nicely with the addition of the TB spacer I custom fabbed with a friend of mine...







We are in the final stage of these ones for blocking off the EGR and eliminating the restrictive sharkfin like thing protruding into 50% of the intake air pass on the IM...

*NOTE: am EGR low flow code will come up (but car will run fine,) but it can be disabled using. KTuner or flashpro*

The only one I've seen that looks like a proper design is the takeda aFe 5r cold air intake. Still uses the stock ram air piping from the front but opens up a bit more than stock and uses a conical style filter
