Honda Fit 2019 - help to identify this part.
Can someone please assist me with naming this part on my 2019 Honda Fit. I noticed that it’s open. Secondly, my radiator fan is not coming on. I have tried running the engine with the radiator cap off and the fan came on but chips back out.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What's the purpose of that "resonator chamber"?
