The 2015 and 2020 Part numbers for the manual transmission gearshift knob are the same as far as I can tell: #54102-TR5-A02ZA and I assume are interchangeable.
The 2018-2020 has a Titanium gear shit option part number 08U92TSA100. Does anyone know why it won't work on the 2015 and does anyone have a recommendation for an aftermarket Titanium, Aluminum, or Chrome option

 

If it's 10x1.5 thread pitch, it'll work.

Honda won't confirm the thread size and pitch of their Titanium shift level and also says it will need a different boot cover.

 

if you're going with an aftermarket shift knob , Kamispeed sells one or two different shift boot rings . they also have a few shift knobs
that'll fit
