Need help with code p1659

Hello I have a 2015 Honda fit Ex and I just recently got a code p1659. And also the same time my cruise control doesn’t work, people are saying that is could be the etcs relay but I can’t seem to find what relay it is , can someone point me in the direction for it. Thank you
