New owner parts question

New owner (yesterday) of a 2020 Fit Ex and I’m attempting to find out what plastic covering of the front seat rails and bolts are called. I have the trim in the rear but everything is exposed in the front. Thanks for your help!

There is no trim on the seat rail front end mounting points. I've had my GK5 since new, so I know for sure.

some kind of modernist industrial look i think . or maybe it's just Honda's version of how to build a cheap car . of course , you could do way worse . take a good close look at a
cheap Nisson or Mitsubishi , or probably any other car you can find in that price catagory .

My personal opinion is that separate trim pieces in this kind of mounting points are in most cases either vanity or covering bad design. Either way, they are making disassembly more difficult especially when the plastic gets brittle during the time.

Front Seat Components (Driver Side) - 2015 Honda Fit 5 Door LX KA 6MT

#16 in diagram. Add your car and see what you get.

Must be an LX thing as it's the upper model to make it look more refined.

If so, then it must have been removed from the most expencive sporty trim level to reduce weight.

when i first got my '19 i thought maybe there was a plastic snap- on cover for that whole bracket on the floor and mine was just missing . was surprised they left those
bolts uncovered like that . still a great little car though , the last of the breed

Thanks for all o.f the replies; my dealer sent seat assembly diagrams and there are no parts showing for this. I thought maybe an aftermarket part might be available; it's no big deal as I just wanted to check

It might be worth the few minutes it would take to find one of those Ace/True Valu/Hardware Hank kinds of hardware stores with the bins of fasteners and bits of every kind to see if they sell some sort of cap that would fit over the bolt. In fact, I may just measure the bolt in mine and see what they've got next time I'm there. I'll report back if I find anything useful.

Check dealer. Mine has them. It's hit and miss with dealer parts on these. I can get full 12 oz cans of MAF cleaner for like 5-6$, some normal parts are priced at or below other retailers in the area but some parts are insane too. GL
