can you swap nose pieces from a pre 2018 FIT to a 2018 and later fit?

can you swap nose pieces from a pre 2018 FIT to a 2018 and later fit?
I much prefer the streamlined look of the pre-refresh nose piece on the fit...vs my larger chrome nose piece...can I swap them?
