I would like to know how this damaged part on the photo cane be replaced or repaired ?

 

It can probably be repaired by a competent body shop. Only they can give you an exact answer

 

This one is rough. It looks like a seam has been split open. I would definitely get this tended to or else water will get into the rocker panel and you can get rust from the inside.

 

if they need to replace a rocker panel, insist on Genuine Honda pieces. cheap after market will not last

 

a can of black spraypaint, you will be surprised how much better it looks....if there is an actual hole/tear that's a different story....i painted my door after wife crunched yellow parking pole...its much less noticeable if its all black
