Question 2015 Honda Fit Injector Seal Questions

So my 2015 honda fit has started getting a fuel leak, and I narrowed it down to the 3rd from the left Injector. I have been looking at the injector removal guide here( https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/atta...885d1549568398) And I have a few questions.

1. If the leak is just from the Oring/backup ring, Do I need to fully take out the injector and replace the seal?
2. If I do have to replace the seal, do I need to use the expensive kit that's in those docs or is it possible to do it by hand?
https://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuin...20CVT&filter=()
3. has anyone had experience re-using the high pressure line?

1. What other option is there? The document says the injectors have to come out with the fuel rail.
2. Looks like the tool set in question is for replacing the seal between the cylinder head and injector tip. That seal's job is to keep air/fuel mix and combustion gasses from escaping the cylinder, so it needs to be pretty durable. I'm guessing it's a soft metal alloy. The first tool stretches the seal slightly to get it on the injector tip while protecting the nozzle. The second tool squeezes it from all sides to precisely compress the seal into the groove on the injector tip.
3. They tell you to replace it because stainless steel (what the line is made of) work hardens aggressively. The seal at the end of the line is metal (flared line) on metal (flare socket). It relies on the line flare conforming to the socket to make a seal. Every time the stainless steel bends, it hardens (work hardening). The harder the metal is, the more force it will take to make it conform to the socket.
That is, there's a good chance it will leak. You could try annealing the line flare, but be careful about taking a torch to a fuel line. Also make sure your plan-B doesn't involve driving your Fit to pick up a new fuel line.

For 1. My though was, if the Oring/washer that connects to the fuel-rail is where the leak is occurring as it's only leaking when the temp is below 40 degrees, (I'm assuming the rubber is shrinking with the temperature drop) and not the cylinder head seal, then do I need to replace that(2. After looking into it, it looks like a teflon seal, so I cant set it up by hand).

I decided to just get all the parts and do it properly while I have it apart. Hopefully the parts come in before thanksgiving as we have a trip planned. I think for getting the seal set, I'm going to call around to a few shops and see if they could replace them for me so I don't have to drop $350 for the kit.

That makes total sense. A 3rd party shop that works on Hondas would probably have it. You might even be able to get someone at a dealer to do it. Maybe buy the injector seals from the dealer, bring the injectors with you and ask to use the special tool there at the parts counter? I read somewhere that dealers own all the special tools for the techs to use - that doesn't seem much different.
