Thought I had a short on my original adapters I made for my led blinkers. So, I went to the local junker and pulled some blinker connectors from an '05 Civic. Took them apart, then soldered wiring onto the pins to connect the load resistors for the switchbacks. Turns out it's the bulb that's going out, but at least the wiring is a lot prettier now.

Finally caved and bought a Yakima Rook rack for the Fit with Jetstream Black bars and the windscreen. Was tired of driving my truck all over toting the yak. Works just great. Get roughly 34mpg on the highway with the yak on top.

Did you find extra power up there or did you tap in the light circuit?

I could have easily tapped into the moonroof but I choose to run a wire down to the fuse box. There are two screws that hold the light/moonroof module. One of those can be used for ground.

Would you not get dirt and moisture trapped under resulting in paint damage?

A neighbor pulled their full front hood bra off their prius after a wet winter, the entire hood is solid rust. So much for protecting it. Or one can say, those rock chips are no longer an issue.

The clear 3M bra works best. I installed that on my GK. I do have the OEM bra too for long road trips where rocks can be a problem. The idea behind a bra is that you do have to periodically remove it (thats what she said ) so the surface can dry/breath. Its also imperative to clean it so sand/dirt doesn't act like an abrasive and ruin the paint and clearcoat finish.

Plastidipped rear hatch garnish and made my own red emblem. I hope the dip holds up.

Hi! thatīs a great modification. I have a 2015 Fit, but I live in Mexico and it is very difficult to get those parts. Even the most equiped version(Fit Hit, similar to EX) doestn come with Winkers.
Do you know where I can buy the cover and the winker light?
I would like to set my Fit as cool as yours, but one step at time

I have plans to install Winkers on my LX model. In my case the LX model does not have a wire harness for Winkers so I plan to run my own wire.

I bought the skulls on eBay for around $70.00 for a set. Mind you, they were not the color I needed but my skulls were going to be custom made in Carbon Fiber so color didn't matter.

I bought the Winkers from here,

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Rear...7-b3bfe0220330

The dealer wanted $80.00 each and they wouldn't sell them to me due to my Fit is a LX model.

Please note, the JDM skulls you might see on eBay will not fit our Fit. They are much smaller in size.

My time was limited so I didn't have the time to install the Winkers but here are my custom Skulls in Carbon Fiber. I had them made for me from Thailand. The Red matches my Red RS grill moulding and Badge.

eBay Mirror cover.
eBay Skull cover. This part varies in price. Often the right side cover sells for well over a $100.00.

Good Luck.

Thank you guys! Now that I know how to look for, I found this pair of skull covers:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2PCS...08.4.81.6tsVbF

However, I am not sure if a they will fit since apparently it work for honda city too, and here in Mexico honda City and Honda Fit are 2 different models.

Anyway, I will buy then together with the turn signal lights (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro...05071-VnYZvQVf) and I'll let you know if worked.

Thanks again for your help.
