Just got quoted $450 for the whole car (not including windshield) for 3m Crystaline (sp?) I feel like that is nuts? Or am I the fool and that is what it costs? If anyone in Minneapolis area knows anyone I'll be doing business this week...

That's what I paid for mine including a sun strip on the front. 40%.

The crystaline is amazing. Would highly recommend. Direct heat from the sun is drastically reduced. It's pretty amazing stuff. You can get non-crystalline installed for much less.

 

Tinted by the dealer. Free, because I asked for it to be free. All windows including the front were done. Unknown what type of tints were applied. I live in Dunedin Florida (Hot)

My ex-gf had hers done by a professional tinter who used 3M crystaline film. When i got in the car I noticed 3M white lettering on the film. Did yours have that?

I got mine tinted by a pro using Viper film. 35% in the front and 20% in the rear. Love it. Yeah I paid $380 but they take the time to do it right.

 

No lettering on the film once the backing is pulled off, that doesn't sound right.

 

Yeah I thought it was odd too.
