When will IIHS release results for 2015 Fit?

Does anyone know when the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety will release results for the 2015 Fit? I noticed that the results for the 2015 VW Golf are out and that car is scheduled for an August release and the rescheduled release for the 2015 Fit was June.

Well, I can tell you that they have tested the Fit. Someone posted an ebay auction showing the back of the 7" touchscreen dispay, and it's out of an EX CVT that IIHS tested. Look through the pics in the auction and you can see how this particular car fared in its test! http://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-Honda-Fit-Radio-Receiver-CD-Player-OEM-39100-T5R-A11-M1-New-Take-Off-/141361691177?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item20e9d03a29&vxp=mtr

Well, they are deliberately hiding the front left, so it is difficult to say how much damage is there.

One interesting thing is that the car has steel wheels (from the LX?). Or either they were changed after the crash (sold, etc.), before the test to save some bucks, or for some reason they might perform better than the alloy ones.

I am also following the VW Golf MK7, and that car has already been tested by the IIHS.
The weird thing is that the Golf is not on sale yet, while the Fit is available since several weeks now.

They seem to almost always do these tests on steel wheels.

From this picture the front driver side area seems unaffected so if this was the small overlap test then I would think it passed. Though we have no way of knowing it was subjected to that test:

A lot will depend on how well the airbags protected the dummy during the crash, so I wouldn't take the relative lack of visible damage as a good or bad sign necessarily. I've watched a lot of the IIHS videos (it's hard to look away!) and it's disturbing how often the dummy's head slides between the front and side airbags and hits the side of the car. Of course, Honda has had the benefit of designing this car knowing that it has to meet stricter crash-test parameters, so fingers crossed that the Fit gets a rare "good"!

I think it passes. My mother made a good attempt to kill the car.

It's still alive.
