I’ve been using bfg winter salaams on our civic sedan. They have worked quite nice. But i’ll probably get the winter wheel/tire combo from the dealer. And throw some lx hubcaps on it.

Mounted, balanced and shipped, the total was a touch over $700. I went with Firestone Winterforce tires (185/60R15) and 15x6 Sport Tuning T9 wheels.

i want at least my steelies to come from honda. Aftermarket alloys will still pit and corrode causing air leaks, thats why i want the steel wheels. The parts/service manager at my local dealer is a friend actually. So getting a good price shouldn’t be hard at all. Thanks for the suggestion though.

No thats just the standard touch screen infotainment system as they call it. Navs only come in the ex-l. Its the same hardware just different software.

I have 14" Integra wheels for my winter tyres. I like that they are relatively lightweight and look nice. They are beat up but I repainted them. It might be worth checking kijiji.
Rather than get honda all season matts, I would go a little farther and get weather tech matts. They are better if you live in a snowy area.

Ny state is a tough one for window tint. Its not worth the police harassment lol.

My "summer" wheels (16x7 +40 with 205/50R16 tires) arrived Thursday and my shop mounted them yesterday. Very happy with the look on my MSM EX. I'll probably add 10-15mm spacers to the rear wheels, but the fronts are about perfect to my eye. No interference issues at this point…
I chose the MSM color because it helps tone down the style lines in the sheet metal to the point where they blend with the form of the car rather than screaming at you. I got wheels with a machined lip as that makes them appear larger in the wheel wells without overwhelming the form of the car like I feel the OEM cast wheels do.
I was considering lowering the car a bit, but probably won't at this point - our roads are pretty awful (Illinois), and the wheel offset really helps them visually fill out the wheel wells, which would have been my main goal in lowering.
I still need to swap my front grille for the LX (non-chrome-strip) version, and do the cabin light upgrade (parts sitting right here on my desk). A rear sway bar is probably the only other mod left on my list. For now.

Here is my Modern Steel with dealer fitted tint. Sad that your state doesn't see the value of tinting. It is an essential here in Aus to help the air con run more efficiently and reduce UV and not just in summer, in Brisbane we can need the AC right through winter if you leave the car parked in the sun.

I like your choice of wheels, I am keeping the steelies until the tyres need to be replaced then will move up to a wider rim/tyre combo.
I thought having one piece of chrome on the car didn't look right either but instead of replacing the grille, I used it as an excuse to spray wrap it with some dupli-color and can change it up from time to time. Back masking the grille was a bit fiddly but was a quick and cheap way to delete the chrome.
