Tanabe's 2015 FIT parts!!

A buddy of mine told me that Tanabe tested new parts on the 2015 Fit, which made me very excited. I looked on the Tanabe website and saw that they have an exhaust, springs, and strut bar now! Pretty rad!

here's the "live stream" link (they just post as it gets done) for those of you that want to see pictures of the fitment and stuff. It might be a little bit far down because they are testing a lot of cars.

Awesome! I had the Medallion Touring exhaust on a Scion xA and it was great. Not much performance gained from the axle-back, but it looked and sounded a lot better. Hopefully they'll release a sound clip soon.

Ride height looks a tiny bit higher than mine.

That's exactly the type exhaust I'm looking for. Not on their web site to order yet, tho.

Well considering it was tested 24 hours ago, I'm not that surprised.... They'll probably have it available in a couple of months.

Dual Tip exhaust, I'm digging it

And... You GK guys get a Front Strut bar

The GE crowd didn't show enough interest so the GE strut was never offered

That is awesome. How did the GK crowd show more interest?

I made sure to give those posts 5 stars on their site to show my interest.

Can't wait until they adapt their coilovers. They are super comfortable for a daily driver

Wheel Lock Nut compatibility

Can wheel lock nuts that I bought and never used on my 2008 Fit Sport now be used on my 2015 Fit EX? I would not like to screw up threads by experimenting. Thanks.

Official launch date has yet to be announced for any of the GK parts (according to the Tanabe website)

Currently anything from Japan will be on a delay for all companies due to the ongoing labor strike at the Port of Los Angeles so we will all just have to be patient for our parts coming in

Yeah this labor strike is crazy! I see dozens of ships waiting in the ocean from my shop in San Pedro. Companies must be sweatin' it big time!

I hadn't seen the trucks before.. Jesus. That's ridiculous. Do the workers not realize they are costing businesses thousands, if not millions, of dollars?

That's exactly what they're hoping for. That's the union's best leverage.

For the businesses who know their business, its costing the businesses' customers millions. But having southern California's oil refinery blow up was quite a fuel cost add-on for southern Californians too. Wonders never cease.
