I was cruising the interstate the other day when I got passed by a red 2015 doing about 75 mph. I was stunned for a second after I realized it's the first one I've seen away from a dealership (yeah, I haven't pulled the trigger yet). I caught up and kind of stared at it for a bit before being separated forever.

That got me to wondering ... how many of you have seen one in the wild -- not counting your own, of course?

 

I'll bite....

Two days ago, I went to the gym around the corner (AnyTime Fitness), and pulled into a parking slot that was being vacated by another 2015 Fit. The driver looked at me, and continued on.

 

I've only seen about a handful of them to be honest, not too common which I like! Funny you mention this - I was cruising around the city today and a LX model came up behind me and must've followed me up the road about 10 km or so. 2 white Fits cruising together (kinda)! Wish he would've pulled up beside me so I could've given him a thumbs up haha!

 

That might have been me, where were you? I just saw a red 15 parked at the resort I was at in the Dells.

 

Not really. I see one or two once a week but it's a really rare sighting. I have only seen White, Black, and Blue. One grey once, one yellow. I have yet to see another Red one in my area.

 

Around Western Washington, there's quite a few GK Fits running around. Yellow and purple models are a rare sight though.

 

Recently, I've seen a dark grey one around the area, and Friday I saw a blue one just east of town. Then, there's mine, which has been driving all around here the past three days, but that's it.


I haven't even seen a yellow Fit at all, dealer's lot or otherwise.

 

I still don't see them very often, but as it were, I was passed by one on the freeway this morning on the way to work.

 

i have seen a bunch of gk's. i stopped beeping and waving because of zero response. most of them were driven by old ladies though...

 

Here in import-centric LA, I see at least a few everyday. They are becoming very common sights and I've seen them in every color. The first one I saw in the wild was the week of their release. It's obvious Honda has a hit on its hands, at least in Southern California. Also saw two on a recent weekend visit to Hawaii

 

Im the only GK in my Small Oklahoma town as far as ive seen. Seen plenty of first and seconds gens though. I think its mainly because we don't have a Honda dealer in town and we have a Toyota.

 

I've seen a few. Our property manager got a white LX, so I see that when she is on the property. Just yesterday I was followed by a black EX. I have a red EX. I've seen red, silver, modern steel, blue, black, and white.

was just behind a black '15 this morning on 294 south by 90 interchange.

 

There are Blue and Steel LXs in my neighborhood - they were what made me start thinking about getting my White EX. I have seen almost every color on the roads around here. Several purple, a few black, a yellow, don't think I've seen a red one drive by yet..

 

It was Friday morning, about 11 am. I was eastbound on I-90 a few miles west of the Route 53 interchange. When the red Fit passed me, I didn't realize it until I saw the badonkadonk (I haven't been keeping up with smaller cars for the last few years and I've been fooled a few times ... to some degree they all look like Prius variants to me). That's when I changed lanes and accelerated a bit to catch up, then went back to the right lane and just hung in back of the blind spot.

It looked really nice rolling along. I wanted to get a different view but my ramp suddenly came up and I had to exit.

 

That wasn't me then. I try to avoid 90 in that area at all cost these days (what mess they've created).

 

See them all the time here in Central Ohio.

 

It wasn't so bad, some shifting and squeezing maybe but nothing real major. And it's three lanes in both directions to and from Rockford now. Sweet!!

The driver of the 2015 was a 30-ish woman maybe with long red hair and horn-rimmed glasses. She looked good behind the wheel!

 

A neighbor of mine has a black one. She leaves for work around the same time I do every morning so I usually watch her leave. So jealous. I want to just jump in front of her one morning and take it. But, that's car jacking and kinda illegal lol so I guess I'll just have to wait until my current lease is up later this year and get my own.

Other than hers....I've seen a red one once. That's about it. The local dealer near where I live has silver, black and steel on the lot. They had a yellow one once but that didn't last the week. I still have my heart set on passion berry pearl. I've told the sale person this and they say they can get that. I've kept that email! I'm going to hold them to it. If they can't, I'll find a dealer that has one and go to them!
