It's always been a trend of mine, as an Australian living in America, to rebadge all of my cars to what they are in Australia. I've had:
A Ford Aspire rebadged as a Ford Festiva
A Ford Escort rebadged as a Ford Laser
A Chevrolet Aveo completely rebadged as a Holden Barina
Now it's the Fit's turn. Thanks to some contacts back in Melbourne, I was able to get a Jazz badge, and after a small amount of effort, I now have a Honda Jazz here in the US!
I like yours better with the upper case letters. Where did you get yours from?
Does anyone ever notice your rebadging?
I got the (JDM) badge from a guy in Japan (also bought a set of JDM taillights). I can look him up and post again if you like.
So far, no-one's said anything about it. I was hoping to go to my Honda dealer's 'new owners night' yesterday, as I think it would have gotten some comments, but my schedule didn't work out.
It's funny how everybody wants what "the other guy has". Over here, everybody wants all the JDM stuff for their Fit. In Japan, is there a market for the U.S. spec stuff, do you suppose?

Grass is always greener on the other side. Or people are just trying to be different.
Back in Australia, it's also popular to take local Holdens and rebadge them as Chevys.

Those tailights are just gorgeous! I've always wondered why the red reflective strip ran along the side edges of the rear windows. That makes more sense now.
Very Volvo-like. It must look stunning at night from behind

On the Scion forum we actually set up trades for JDM bB and Toyota badging in exchange for US Scion and xB badging!
Way back when, my Datsun 510 sported "SSS" and Bluebird badges, but that was the last time I indulged.

I might go for this, though:
That's an interesting badge for a Crown Victoria
Now that you mention it, I have seen the odd Scion with a Toyota badge. Also seen the occasional Acura with a Honda badge, or another common one is the Hyundai Genesis with the Korean domestic Genesis badging
Virtually all badges are now attached with double-sided tape.
Exactly, no holes. It came off quite easily with a hairdryer to melt the adhesive and some dental floss to pry underneath. The last remnants of the adhesive were stubborn though
Why are the two Jazz emblems different? In the first picture the "J" is bigger than the rest of the letters and in the second picture all the letters are the same size.
My buddy from Arkansas has the ‘HILLBILLY’ one on his hunting Jeep.
Since, I always wanted the ‘REDNECK’ , now I am leaning toward the ‘WHITE PRIVILEGE’.
The trouble that might bring!
Both would be interesting, being that I live in So. Cal.
Being from that I’m an Okie living a block from the surf-I consider myself a Redneck Beach Bum.
