Easy cargo cover
Easy cargo cover
I'm not a boyscout.. but I keep a bag with lots of stuff that could be needed in the back... Work in area where bad people like to break into cars..
$200 for a cargo cover???
Me thinks not.
Making your own is stupid simple.. I may or may not make a hinge and tie to hatch... so far.. pretty easy to get stuff in and out..
Big piece of cardboard.. 43"x21"

Trace around inside brackets..

Trace for hatch was WAY off.. had to close hatch and add cardboard from the inside to get good trace..

Transfer to 1/8" plywood..

Little spray glue and black felt.. Voila.. Hides my "GO" bag well..
