Chassis strengthen parts like anti roll bar or strut bar
I looked at both but I don't know if I could even tell they were on since I drive fairly conservative. I've only had factory suspension setups. In my case I would only buy them if they made a real difference in normal to 'spirited' driving. To tell the truth I'm not sure just exactly what they do or why and how they work..
Struct bar reduce the body flex. Which allows the struct to maintain even downward force to the rim and tires. I am ons tock suspension too. I feel like our cars are not getting enough downeard force from the shocks. The tire slips when turning 40mph on corners
You can slide the tires at any speed if your steering input is sufficient.
If you are a track guy looking for that extra 1% of corning ability then perhaps a strut bar or other modification might be worthwhile. Pushing the limits that far on public roads is called "reckless driving," so the real use of strut bars is to look racy in the Dairy Queen parking lot.
