I got one too! So cute. But I didn't know it lights up because I didn't open mine.

I guess they are giving it to owners that serviced their cars at a dealership.

I never got one, and I got mine a year ago. Always serviced mine at the dealer too (minus having new tires installed). I did get a congrats card tho, so that's something.

 

I will be showing them this thread when I go in for my recall! Let's see what happens.

 

Mine arrived in the mail yesterday.

Bought my EX Fit in late June. I thought it was a courtesy gift to all new Fit buyers/owners.

 

I'll have to see if I get one after they replace my rear axle under warranty next week. Apparently the rear alignment is off far enough to wear out my right rear tire in 8500 miles.

 

Can't complain, but they don't have them here.

 

I just came home to find the key chain in the mail. So I had a recall, got a free wash, had all my fluids and tires checked, the car performs better, and I got the keychain. Sounds good to me!

 

No cute mini Fit for me, my car isn't under the recall and I haven't needed service. Did I win or Lose on this one?

 

I was at the dealership trying to get my front bumper fixed and no mini fit offered, good thing is they also checked for recalls and I'm good to go.

 

Working on the "ask and thou shall receive" advice, I asked and I received.

I just had mine in for an oil change, no keychain received. I wish this post was created prior to my visit, that Fit looks pretty cool. Additionally, when I get to work in the morning it's still dark and it's difficult to see the keyhole in the exterior office door. Those mini headlights would come in handy.

 

So, did they fix it? If so, what did they do? The dealer was unable to fix mine.

 

Nope, they did not fix it. They said they looked and everything appears to be connected properly and no adjustment points. They called the honda tech line but no answer so they are waiting on a call back. This was on Friday and I was going to call today to see if they've heard anything. I forgot the paperwork so I may do it tomorrow.
