Honda Grom in a Honda Fit?

Any one tried this? Planning on purchasing a grom and was just wondering if it fits

Looks like the old Honda "Mini-Trail 50" I had for a summer when I was young. LOL.

I am not sure if that grom's been modded but looks promising.

The photo has some custom tiedown system. Maybe a plywood subfloor? The standard ones on the 2016 Fit are M6 into sheet metal and would probably pull out on your first corner.

Use straps to compress the suspension if its close..

Is the Grom the backup? IN case something breaks? LOL

The CB300 is about the same price. And its a real motorcycle.. not a mini bike. Of course I'm 6' and look like grape ape on a Grom..

You could always put it in on it's side. Just have it pretend like you just dumped it, or threw it into a tight corner at Laguna Seca and leaned super-hard.

Top speed is somewhere between 50 and 65, if online reviews are to be trusted. I suspect it varies a good little bit depending on the weight and aerodynamics of the rider. 65 would presumably only apply to people built like jockeys (in the horse racing sense).

It won't fit upright in stock form it needed to be modded a lot more I have a grom that is lowered 2 inches in the front and 4.5 in the rear with a stretch and it won't fit needs to be a lot lower to be in there up right but if it is sideways it will fit

How long is the Grom? How heavy? Strikes me it might be easiest to carry it on a hitch, but my concern would be weight. Plus I guess you have to get a really good hitch installed which is a pain.

I think you would be able to fit it inside. Not fully upright.
