Doctor's advice

A few years ago, I was a little overweight and suffering from arthritis/gout. Doctor advised I eat right, lose weight and get fit. Well, I followed those suggestions perfectly as I now eat right (instead of left and right), I did lose the weight (75 lbs yo!) and yesterday, finally got fit. The 2019 Honda Fit Sport, to be exact. My infatuation with the Jeep Wrangler (traded it for the Fit) is over. Scratched that itch and now I'm moving on to fuel savings that will allow me to buy more McDonald's meal and explore without worrying about filling up the tank every so often.

Thank you. Yes, changing my eating habit took a lot out of me, but it got easier coz processed meat can be sacrificed but I can still eat real meat. Of course, with everything, it should be in moderation. 😁
