There was a manufacturing defect with one of the Morimoto M-LED projectors.
We warrantied the Morimoto M-LED projectors and switched to the Morimoto Mini D2S 4.0 projectors.

Höen H8 35W Endurance fog light bulbs installed!
Here's a Höen H8 35W Endurance fog light bulb sitting next to the OEM H8 fog light bulb:
These bulbs produce a very yellow light output and I love it! Thank you to my friend, Gabe, for the recommendation!

I had my windows tinted with 3M Crystalline window film today.
Here are some pictures of the install:
I opted for CR20 window film all around the car minus the windshield which received CR70 window film instead.
Banner installation complete!
Finished product!

Your thread is awesome, dude! I love the direction you're headed with your GK5.
I am absolutely up for a drive one of these days and I'd be glad to provide an aural demonstration as well, haha.

Man I wanted to get some 3M Crystalline tint aswell but never pulled the trigger, I'm not really a big fan of the tinted window look but I want the protection for summer. I wonder if a 90% all around would be worth it or if I would be throwing my money with such a light tint.

I like to take my time formatting the updates as it's just something I enjoy spending time on. I want y'all to enjoy reading the updates!
As for CR90 window film, I went online and found this brochure for you:
https://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/...s-brochure.pdf
The CR90 window film would practically be invisible and still offer benefits over having no window film installed.
That's what I find so fascinating about the 3M Crystalline window film! You don't have to go dark to reap the benefits.
Whenever we get a chance to hang out, you're more than welcome to check out the window film on my car as well.

I felt that was unnecessary because the windshield on this car is huge.

If you don't mind my asking, how long did your banner last you?
I'm hoping to meet more Fit owners this year as well!

i believe it lasted at least 7 months. That was a really hot summer when i installed them and the print started cracking so thats when i took them off.
where are you located? Theres a fit meet in fresno for annual fit meet in april. You should come up and meet a ton of fit owners

I actually live near Los Angeles. I'll have to wait until we get closer to the 21st before I'm able to decide whether or not I'll make it.
I'm currently in university and I'm not sure what my workload will be like around that time.
