anyone have 14 inch rims on their Gen3?
Makes me think of the Delorean in Back to the Future...I like the look, bro!
And since I'm thinking Honda is catering to demand and not putting a properly sized wheelset on the FIT...I will be looking for some 14s for my FIT too!
One of the main things I noticed going from my Gen1 to a Gen3 was that the small, zippy car feel of the Gen1 is lost...it feels like a bigger and less nimble car now.

The wheels are Borbet Type CA and the tires are 195 70r14 Altimax's, both from TR. It has the 30mm Tema4x4 lift kit, ordered that off of eBay and had my mechanic install, no issues whatsoever. The ride quality is improved infinitely, no more swerving to avoid even tiny potholes. No road noise...if anything, quieter than stock because you're not getting your bones rattled so much. Handling is better as well, can't put my finger on it, maybe it had slight understeer before the mod.
It must cut through the snow like a lazer! Does it?
I'm running some 14 inch steelies with 195/75/14 All-Terrains. Also the car has been lifted. I average 30mpg around town(heavy traffic) and 34-36mpg highway speeding. Not an optimal setup for gas mileage, but it rides smoother.
steelies can really look good!!
Why did you choose 195?
I averaged about 46mpg on my last few tanks...but I am driving hypermile style! And that's after getting rid of the stock 16 inch rims and downgrading to Honda rims with wheel covers. I think they helped mileage.

@benareeno I wanted to put 215s but the 27 inch ATs were just too big and touched the suspension. So, I found the smallest AT tires I could. I could probably get close to 40mpg if I really babied it, but I didn't mod for mileage.
@benareeno You got it. Also I do some "soft-roading" finding camping and hiking spots, so it helps to have higher ground clearance and grip.
