Aftermarket wheels!

Hey guys,
I'm planning to get some wheels for my Fit, but I'm still having a hard time to find out what offset for this car, so if any of you guys have aftermarket wheels, please post them(with spec), so I and other people who is interested will have an idea.
thanks
Nick

The OEM wheels are 16x6 4x100bolts 56.1 hub bore +53 offset

OEM tires are 185/55R16

I got this information from others (fitfreak member Stembridge )posting in the Fit Shoes forum and the 3rd gen sub forum

Here a link for your perusal: -click-

Just get the car at a ride height you like, then measure the distance from the tire to the fender, decide how much more aggressive you want to go and do some math.

That's the best way to determine what wheel sizing to get.

Don't go too big.
Other than obvious things like clearance & rubbing issue, added weight will hurt the acceletion and MPG.

stick with 45 mm offset minimum and 6 to 7 inch rim width regardless of wheel diameter. going more than 205 section tires just doesn't help unless looks are your concern.in truth from any distance the width doesn't show up much anyway. do match the rim width to rim range recommended by tire manufacturer using tire rack specs. the lower the profile the wider the rim needed in general. example at 40 profile the 7 inch is likely needed but at 55 6 inch does fine.
good luck.
