Gauging Interest: HID Projector kit ROUND 2

Since Guinness is overseas at the moment, I'd just like to start another sign-up list to see who is still interested in these projector kits. He may be able to work something out if there is enough interest!

Lets hope he gets to China safe and reads this!

BTW. Guinness says HI! during his layover in Japan

I was away from FF for a couple of days because I was kind of sick... I am so not used to be in Guangzhou - Theres smog over the city everyday, visibility less than 2km... and its hard to breathe with so much polution. Thankfully, my uncle is in this city so I get to travel from point A to point B without worrying too much about thieves...

Since the first Projector Group Buy was a huge success, My Uncle decided to do another "seeking interest" for those who missed the first chance. However, the projectors I have to offer is NOT ON THE MARKET yet - These are PROTOTYPE DESIGNS

~ I HAVE NOT EXAMINE these projectors yet. The only difference I see so far is the following~

- The diameter is 3" compare to the first batch at 2.5".
- A LOT more detail has also been put on the overall casing, so removed the need for a Shroud

I'll post some photos for you guys so you know what I am talking about. My uncle's shop has already prewired the projectors onto a GD and a GE casing (JDM)

*Ignore the Angel Eye colors, In china, any color = street legal*

Again, this is just a gauge / seek interest thread. If no one is signing up or showing interest, this may NEVER get to North America.

Pricing should be slightly higher than the previous groupbuy because of teh bigger projectors.

Any questions, feel free to discuss or PM me.

I haven't really look into the cutoff line yet. As I mention, theres are still in the R&D waiting to be produced... I just so happen to be here to give them better technical feedback.

I am sure there will be much improvement over the previous generation, but thats normal and like everthign else. I havent get the chance to see them until later this afternoon.

Again, just guaging interest. Those who brought the first batch, no worry, its still on the market and its not obsolete

*NOTE* Sorry about the poor color match on the projectors...

Nah, nothing like it at all. Those are "EPIC FAIL" versions. The casing of these projectors are made of plastic so they melt, also the bulb chamber is not properly sealed so water will go in.

Those are the 7 color projectors that someone mentioned about earlier... even shops don't sell them here anymore.

The price point should be somwhere along CAD250. Reason because the projectors are MASSIVE compare to the first group buy, and the lens is bigger too (3")

I'll give you guys a detail report when i get my chance to go into the R&D Lab. For now, lets just assume its the same as the first GB products.

I need some numbers before I can promote this product? So who's interested? Sign up please~

Its a PnP unit cept that you need to open up your headlight casing. And since its HID, it would require Ballast

there is no DRL for HIDs.
gotta remove the DRL fuse otherwise you'll constantly have a no DRL warning light
