Annual service

I barely drive my 09 Fit Sport manual. I probably put in about 2-3k miles per year. The car has about 61k miles on it. I was told I should do at least an oil change once a year. According to the maintenance minder, it has 80% oil life left. It has been about a year since I changed the oil. I went into the maintenance minder reset menu, and the next service is a B1. Should I really change the oil now or wait till the percentage drops?

I recently changed the brake pads + rotors and rotated the tires....so I am good on that front.
thanks 😊.

If I were in your shoes (then what would you be wearing??), I would change it for peace of mind.
