Honda Fit leaking oil from under exhaust header

Hey guys, new user here, just bought a 07 Fit Sport with 258k on it. Took it to my mechanic today and it seems fine for the most part except that it's got an oil leak coming from the top part of the engine, under the exhaust header. He told me it's not easily repairable. I checked the dip stick and the car seems to have been overfilled with oil and the oil drain bolt was leaking as well, so we tightened that up.

Any idea where the oil could be coming from? Could it be a head gasket issue? My mechanic said it's a very slow leak and it seems to be coming from a bolt? Could it be because the engine has too much oil in it? Is this a common problem? The engine seems pretty strong and it has good power.

Sorry for all the questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Had this exact same situation on an old Mitsu and it was the head gasket. Like your Fit, it was only a small leak. I drove it that way for many years without trouble.

Yah it doesn't seem to be dripping but I can kinda smell oil inside the car when turning on the air. Oh well.
