Installing Dash Cam (front/rear) 2020 Fit EX-L

I just got a 2020 Fit EX-L. I want to install my dash cam in it. I've watched some youtube videos and I see that people just tuck the cable under the a-pillar where the side airbags are. That will most assuredly interfere with the airbag.
So after a little more research, I read that if you take the A pillar off, you will have to break the clip and get a new clip to put it back in place.

Has anyone done this on the latest gen Fit with side air bags and if so how?

Thanks
Chris

That is where I ran my dash cam wire and I have had no issues. It's small enough it shouldn't effect anything.

You can pull off the A-pillar cover and it will not fully come off. But it will easily let you tuck in the wire better. You can tuck it in without pulling the cover off.
