Unless I'm missing something, I didn't find a link in your post for a video.
Even if there's a link somewhere, can you provide some history on your car ie how long the problem has existed, how many miles on your car, how long you've owned the car, any cel codes and any other info that would give us a starting point in trying to help you diagnose the problem.

Heat shield around your cat?
Mine (2010) rusted off on one side and got wedged in between the cat and the underbody. It made a terrible noise until I twisted it out of there.
Just an idea.

I see that you added a couple of sound bytes to your post, but I'm not seeing any video. This leaves me at a loss. The noise obviously sounds bad, but I have no way of knowing where the sound is coming from. You had the car for two years before this sound started. During the last year, what have you done to try to determine what the noise is? Any diagnostic work by a mechanic or shop? Where does the noise sound like it's coming from- the transmission? The engine? If the engine, front or back of the engine? Has the performance of the engine suffered as the noise has gotten louder? Is the car driveable? Can you find a shop with a lift that can assist you with getting the car up in the air where you can leave the car running and try to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from? As was mentioned by another member, maybe you have a loose heat shield that would be obvious in the air?

If this has been going on for a year, you have to start somewhere. A shop with a hoist would be the best choice to start in my opinion. Good luck.

thank you everyone for your ideas, i will try them, luckily the car drives perfectly fine from what i can tell, just the noise, i have replaced the suspension with OEM parts and done a valve adjustment to the engine, and replaced the CV axles
its kind of difficult for me to tell if the sound is coming from the transmission or the engine since it is a front wheel drive vehicle, but the sound seems to slightly settle when i shift out of gear into neutral or park, something that seems to provoke the sound is having the AC on but the sound happens when the AC is off too

You can tap gently on your exhaust with a rubber mallet. If it makes the noise, it is probably some part of the exhaust, likely a heat shield.
