GK5 all stock

I've decided to upgrade my tires and wheels to a 195/60r15. I've browsed a lot of wheels and I've set my mind on this particular wheel that has a spec of 15x7 +35 4x100.
Since the 195mm width of the tire is equivalent to 7.7 inches, I was wondering if it's going to fit a 7 inches width wheel? also, is the +35 offset alright?

*off-topic question; do honda fits come with a stock wheel that has already an offset?

Here's my 195/60s on a 15x7 +38. The tires fit really well, imo.
