Crank no-start (no power at fuel pump unless I jump the relay)

So I'm trying to help out a friend with her 17 year old sons 2010 Fit. Basically it was just running/driving fine, they went on vacation so the car was parked for a week and now it cranks but doesn't start. First thing I notice was I couldn't hear the fuel pump prime, checked the fuel pump fuse it's good with power going through it. Next for $20 we ordered a fuel pump relay from Amazon still no power at the pump.

Not sure how accurate this Denso wiring diagram is ( the 2 relays I have don't have any markings) but with the key on I get power at pin #4 and with the pump fuse removed power goes away so I'm guessing that's actually battery + pin
I do get power to the pump when I jump pins 3 & 4 on the relay (Also I can hear the pump when relay is jumped, so good wiring and a a good pump)
Pin #1 I get power to with the key on using a test light
So I get something to all the pins except pin # 2

Along my Googling people have pointed to the PCM or the immobilizer, as far as the immobilizer when I put the key in and in the on position I don't see any icon with a key not even for a split second.

Any thing else that's common with these? or that I should check? I think it's probably going to end up at the dealership.

Thanks in advance.

Turns out I do not have a good ground for the fuel pump relay in the fuse box. Anyone know where that ground is at?

Do you have the manuals for the Fit? If not, here is my google drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eZw...usp=drive_link
It looks like Volume 1 page 11-276 is where you might be able to find your answer or at least a start.

Do you happen to know where that PGM-F1 Main realay(s) are located? I'm assuming they are internal and part of some other module?

***UPDATE****

Well the car ended up at the Honda dealership and they said the ECU is bad and we were quoted $2,300 to fix (we only paid 1500 for the car 3 years ago) They said if we found our own ECU they would program it for $350. off to eBay...
