L15A Carbon build up

Hello,
I am kinda new to this forum thing, So I'm sorry if this information is somewhere in here.
I have been looking to see what kind of injection the L15A has. Is it direct injection or port? and if it is direct injection, is there any common problems with carbon build up on the intake valves?

Starting with 2015, I think they are direct injection.

I'm also interested in the carbon buildup subject, and I wouldn't mind if we on the forum revisited the subject.
