Catalytic converter heat shield is coming off

Hey all, any quick fixes to keep my catalytic converter heat shield attached on my 2013 Base Fit?

It's hanging down and on by like 1 or 2 bolts and I can see it half off and it's rattling.

Thanks!

Is it damaged/rusted away or just missing bolts?

If the heat shield is mostly intact, replace the missing bolts that are allowing it to dangle.

If it's damaged so badly that there's no way to bolt it back together, your options are:
1) rip it the rest of the way off and replace with an undamaged heat shield or
2) use some decently strong fence wire to tie it back on or (maybe)
3) find a good welder to fix the current shield enough that it can be bolted/tied back on.

It's hanging off completely angled towards the rear of the car, looks like the back 2 and maybe the front left mounting points are unattached/broken or rusted off.

How does the heat shield attach? Is it a clamshell design with like 2 halves sandwiched? Or top and bottom half the shield bolted to mounting points?

I've removed the one on my 99 Civic when it rusted out.

Just be careful, if you do so, to not park on tall grass so it won't catch fire!

Got some Rhino Ramps and oring screw clamps and attached it back on
